About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on technologist who thrives on solving real problems — not managing bureaucracy. You’ll work across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments, supporting a fast-paced trading and operations environment where performance, reliability, and innovation matter.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and enhance IT systems, networks, and core infrastructure
- Automate and streamline workflows using scripting or AI-driven tools (PowerShell, Python, n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve business-critical systems
- Collaborate directly with traders, developers, and engineers to deliver measurable impact
What You Bring
- Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), LAN/WAN networking, and IT infrastructure fundamentals
- Curiosity about AI, data workflows, and emerging tech
- A problem-solving mindset and the drive to get things done
Bonus Points
- Experience with Active Directory, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
- Exposure to high-performance environments (trading, gaming, or similar)

At least 5 years of experience and a strong focus and discipline in quantitative trading. As part of the team, the Quant Trader will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of new trading strategies, monitoring market trends and making informed decisions to generate alpha in the constantly evolving market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk management and be able to work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve the best possible outcomes for the firm.
We're looking for an experienced Futures and Options Prop Trader to join our team at TTG Capital. As a Prop Trader, you'll execute trading strategies in futures and options markets to generate alpha and maximise profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven track record in futures and options trading
- Strong knowledge of futures and options markets and trading strategies
- Proficiency in technical analysis tools and software
- Excellent risk management skills and quick decision-making ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
